Vacation and dieting never like to get along... thats very obvious. However they can learn to and you can teach them. Indulging here and there isnt bad but dont let yourself go on a whole week binge of terrible foods. While looking for places to eat try and stop by diners instead of fast food restaurants bakeries etc... there will be plenty more healthier/ lighter options you can choose from. You can also mindfully portion your food and take home what you dont eat (as hard as it might be). You dont have to feel bad for eating the foods you want on vacation but dont let it consume your whole trip (pun intended). That will do more harm than good mentally and physically! Just have fun and be mindful and I promise it will do your body good!!
