Food is just food. It's not the end of the world it's not what defines you it's not the most important thing in your life. It's just food. Don't allow food to take up too much space in your life or your mind. If it starts to creep in and feel overly important step back and re-assess.Is that really how you want to spend so much of your precious time and energy? You have better things to do than obsess over what you put in your mouth. You have bigger things to work toward than losing weight. You have more important things to focus on than eating clean and looking good. Don't let all the crap you see on Instagram (I'm looking at you before and after pictures) persuade you to lose sight of what matters most.
