Having a cold and cough really does knock it out of you thankfully its pretty much gone and I can breathe easier now. Now Im determined to make sure it doesnt come back by trying to eat more veggies go to bed earlier and a little less screen time. The good little things add up. I always look forward to Tuesday evenings when I go to my body balance class its a little bit of time for myself that not only strengthens my body but helps reset my mind and makes me feel better. Its so important to fit in those things that make you feel good. No matter what it is for you make it a non negotiable in your everyday life. You and your body deserve it!
